PRODUCTION TIMES

Meeting your needs is priority #1.  Turnaround time on most jobs is 24 to 48 hours*.  All work will be ready for pick up "end-of-day" on the due date unless other arrangements have been discussed. Work requested in less than 24 hours may be subject to additional charges.  Turnaround times are based on production schedules. Larger jobs may take longer…but if we say the job will be done at a certain time-it will!

PAYMENT TERMS

We will strive to work within your budget and payment choice. Unless prior credit arrangements have been made, all orders are COD (check or credit card).  Company accounts may be established with an approved credit application.  Credit terms are  typically net 15.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

FILE SUPPORT

The quality of the file/image we receive significantly impacts the quality of the final product.  To help maximize the impact of your order, we offer technical support in setting up files for imaging.  Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions concerning software applications supported and file formatting.

We make every effort to troubleshoot and identify potential problems up front.  If there are any questions we will contact you. However, we are not able to take responsibility for files we do not create.  This includes, but is not limited to content, resolution of raster data, image ability of client files or poorly created files.  As a result, we can only troubleshoot "technical" file attributes and thus avoid having to "second guess" the intended graphic content of your files.  Fonts, scans and any other reference files should be included on disk along with the actual file to be imaged. 

You may use our FTP site for uploading large data files.  Please call us and we will guide you through the process to eliminate potential technical errors.

Remember: the better the file we start with…the better the final product. 

PROOFS

Due to variations in software, monitors, inks, film, imaging equipment and processing, "color critical" files require a test image.  Color proofs can help assure you are receiving the quality product you deserve.  We are not able to assume responsibility for undesirable color output if no color test is requested.

DEADLINES

We understand the importance of your order and meeting your needed time lines and will work hard to meet those needs.  However, imaging orders are subject to many output time constraints such as corrupt files, system malfunctions or unusually long output times.  Please help us better support you by verifying the quality of your files before providing to us.  Also, as added protection, please make sure all files are archived elsewhere.

Reproduction in any form of copyrighted materials without prior permission of the originator, is illegal.  It is the responsibility of the client to obtain such permission.  We are in no way responsible for obtaining permission and assume prior permission has been obtained by the client before work is submitted.
